Lesley spent 8 years working for the Chief Operating Officer of an international IT recruitment company. Two years of this time was spent in their Nice and Brussels offices analysing and developing internal company processes.
Lesley is currently on maternity leave.

Rhona worked for an international accountancy firm in Paris and as PA to the Chairman of a Global Insurance Broker before joining FWB.

Laura graduated from the University of Stirling with a BA Honours Degree in English Studies. She worked for a Town Planning Consultancy as Office Manager as well as holding roles within the Scottish Government before joining FWB.

Administrative Support
Margaret has worked as a Production Assistant with the BBC in both Gaelic television and radio. She also worked as secretary to the Senior Personnel Officer for Programmes at the BBC and was a freelance secretary before joining FWB.

Finance Director (part-time)
Jim is a member of the Institute of Cost and Management Accountants. He had a long career at a senior level with Hewlett Packard before becoming self employed. He is a visiting Professor in finance and management at Insead Business School, Paris and also holds a number of Non Executive Director appointments.
