FWB and SMAS to co-host Breakfast Seminar

On Tuesday 21st September 2010, FWB will co-host with SMAS (Scottish Manufacturing Advisory Service) a breakfast seminar focussing on the Manufacturing sector in Scotland.

In particular the seminar will focus on Scottish Manufacturing across Food and Drink, Life Sciences, Engineering and Energy & Renewables and will include a debate around the current situation of our manufacturing sector and will discuss how Scotland can continue to compete and maintain performance in the continuous globalisation of the sector.

Guest speakers are John Swinney MSP and Steve Graham, SMAS, who will be joined by a panel of industry experts from across the representated sectors to be announced shortly.

The event will be held at the Strathclyde Hilton, Strathclyde Business Park, Belshill.
