Capital for Enterprise

Capital for Enterprise, the UK Government's venture capital and loan guarantee business, has appointed Richard Hepper as deputy chief executive. Hepper joins Capital for Enterprise from Oxford Capital where he was an executive director. Prior to this, he worked at Enterprise Ventures Group and 3i.
