FWB Consulting

FWB Consulting continue their extensive involvement in a leadership development programme for Culture and Sport Glasgow.

 

As part of this our team have been collating and analysing 360 degree feedback for over 80 senior managers from the organisation.  This is a continuation of a previous exercise carried out with the same group of managers over a year ago.  The comparison data has shown significant positive changes across the series of leadership competencies measured in their group, thus highlighting development in these managers and the effectiveness of the programme.
