Who We Are
FWB is owned by its founders and directors, Judy Wagner, Scott Black and Willie Finlayson who together have over 60 years' experience in recruitment at a senior level.
The company was established in 1993 with support from a venture capital fund, which subsequently was bought out. Before establishing FWB the founders were directors of a large, UK-wide recruitment consultancy group, formed as a result of a management buy out, supported by 3i plc.
Today, from offices in Edinburgh, Aberdeen and London, FWB serves a client base of leading businesses, not for profit and public sector organisations, with repeat business representing for a high proportion of the company's assignments.
FWB plays an active part in the Community with a number of employees on the Boards and Committees of charitable organisations, as well as participating in various fundraising events.
