Parkburn is a highly respected engineering company specialising in the design, manufacture and installation of complex marine handling systems. With sites in Hamilton and Telford, the business serves global customers across offshore renewables, subsea telecoms, defence and offshore energy markets.

Following its transition to employee ownership, Parkburn is entering an exciting new phase of growth. To support its next stage of development, Parkburn is seeking an exceptional Chief Commercial Officer to join the executive team and drive long-term, sustainable growth.

Reporting to the Board, you will lead the commercial strategy of the business, identifying new market opportunities, strengthening key customer relationships and building a scalable commercial organisation. Working closely with colleagues across engineering, operations and project delivery, you will play a central role in shaping the future of the company.

• Driving growth across offshore renewables, subsea infrastructure, defence and marine markets.
• Expanding strategic customer and partner relationships worldwide.
• Leading major bid, tender and business development activity.
• Building commercial capability and supporting the next phase of organisational growth.
• Contributing as a key member of the executive leadership team.

You will be a proven commercial leader with experience in engineering, manufacturing, offshore, marine, defence or other technology-led sectors. You will bring a track record of delivering growth, winning complex contracts and developing strong customer relationships in international markets.

Equally important is your ability to combine strategic thinking with a hands-on approach, bringing together commercial, technical and operational teams to achieve ambitious objectives.
