Executive Programmes

Our Executive Programmes

We are partnering, proactively, with some of the world’s leading Universities to create a range of powerful and progressive Development Programmes for both Executive and Non-Executives. These courses typically involve both online and in-person learning and are designed to be practical, stimulating and interactive. They are led by academics and senior industry leaders and offer significant peer-to-peer networking opportunities.

We’ve been developing and running Learning & Development Programmes with The University of Edinburgh Business School for a number of years, starting with the Executive Women In Leadership Programme and continuing today with the Executive Leadership Programme and our Non Executive Academy. These are designed to be practical and interactive, led by both specialist academics and senior industry leaders. They are focussed on those with aspirations and potential for Board positions, both in executive and non-executive capacities.

The FWB Executive Education Programmes offer an essential route into executive learning and development. I know as a previous speaker that all those involved bring current thinking and much practical experience to the debates you will have and leave you better equipped to deal with the situations over which you have responsibilities. Across the Executive Women’s Network, The Executive Leadership Programme for developing senior leaders and the Non Executive Academy, there is a developing suite of programmes’ on offer for leaders looking to develop themselves.
