Reporting directly to the CEO, you’ll play a pivotal role in orchestrating the journey to deliver significant growth in the coming years. Responsibilities will encompass driving exceptional cross-functional performance, managing finance, people, and legal teams, and providing strategic insights to drive business success.

Other accountabilities will include:
• Orchestrating planning and delivery of our business plan, providing insightful performance metrics to inform decision-making
• Leading the finance function, ensuring robust financial reporting, governance, and regulatory compliance
• Overseeing client money/assets and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements
• Developing and implementing our operating framework and people strategy
• Promoting strong conduct standards and championing positive customer outcomes

We’re looking for a proven leader with a track record of success in senior leadership roles within regulated businesses. You should be highly commercial, regulatory-aware, delivery-centric, and people-focused. Your ability to balance strategy and execution, coupled with agility and adaptability, will be crucial in driving our ambitious goals forward.
