We are looking to appoint an exceptional Continuous Improvement (CI) Manager to assess, monitor, and enhance business performance for the organisation. The CI Manager will focus their attention initially on the Manufacturing function, working closely with the Head of Production to analyse current practices and develop business process improvements as well as implement changes in workflows, structures and teams to ensure enhanced company performance.

You will collaborate with key stakeholders around the business to improve productivity and drive a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.

You will bring

We are looking for a skilled communicator with a proven track record of implementation of process optimisation and project delivery.

An engineering degree or equivalent as well as specific training in CI, lean methodologies, or similar are desirable along with a strategic and analytical mindset. You should have ambition and drive and excellent communication, problem resolution and people management skills.
