Pumpco Services is looking for a strategic and business-oriented Director of Sales. The Director will be responsible for leading the Sales & Business Development functions and supporting the organization from a planning perspective.

This role will drive a servant leadership culture through the development and implementation of strong Sales and Business Development initiatives and programs that 1) enable the growth of the company, 2) develop employees and teams with a customer service focus and 3) drive ownership and accountability by all personnel.

This role is based in Houston, TX and may require up to 50% travel within the USA.
