Group Head of Reward

About the role


Our client is a global, FTSE listed, engineering business, comprising nearly 15000 employees, and with operations across Europe, Middle East, North & South America, Australia, Africa, and India.  They serve a diverse range of industrial markets, with particular expertise across the Mining, Oil & Gas, and Power Generation sectors.

They have a small Plc Head Office in the UK, with the divisions and operating subsidiaries granted a significant degree of autonomy within a framework of management accountability, and strong legal and financial disciplines.

They are now looking to appoint a Group Head of Reward, who will support both the Group HR Director and Remuneration Committee in developing and implementing consistent reward and recognition policies, processes and programmes across the Group.

In essence, the role will support business strategy and performance through delivery of appropriate reward and recognition programmes, which in turn will support the delivery of shareholder value, and incentivise and engage their people.

We are looking for an exceptional reward professional, who has direct experience of working with Boards (Executive and Non-Executive) and also a Remuneration Committee, in an organisation with significant international exposure.
