HR Business Partner

About the role

At Baxters, their people are the heart of the business. We are currently supporting them with a new and exciting opportunity for a people and growth focused HR Business Partner to support the team in Edinburgh.

This is a Generalist HR role to support their IT, Commercial and Finance functions based from their Edinburgh offices, the role will be predominantly office based.

To be considered for this role, you will be an experienced HR Generalist with the ability to influence and coach at all levels.

What you need to know

The successful candidate will work in partnership with the European Head of HR and the wider business leadership team to provide professional colleague focused HR advice and solutions that support the business across the European workforce. The role will involve identifying the people priorities for the strategic business unit while implementing and executing the European people plan to support in growth culture and organisational effectiveness. The HR Business Partner will work closely with the leadership teams and colleagues to ensure we have consistently healthy colleague relations and effective two-way communication that creates Brand Ambassadors across our business, highlighting Baxters as an employer of choice.
