People & Culture Manager

About the role

FWB Park Brown are delighted to be working with a leading North Sea Energy business to recruit the newly created role of People & Culture Manager. Following a period of significant transformation, the organisation is embarking on an ambitious growth strategy to further enhance their presence in the UKCS.

The People & Culture Manager will lead the HR function and will support the executive leadership team in the development and implementation of a clear People & Culture strategy. The individual we seek will be a qualified HR professional and whilst broad knowledge and expertise across HR operations is required, strong experience in Cultural Change and Organisational Development in particular, is essential.

This individual will work closely with key stakeholders to develop and embed a strong cultural identity within the business and should possess expertise in the following areas:

  • Significant experience of initiating, delivering, leading and embedding cultural development and effective change management initiatives
  • Have a sound understanding of Equality, Diversity and Inclusion principles and programmes
  • Organisational development including competency and skills development
  • Effective HR compliance and management of legal requirements around people management
