Route to Market Manager

Reporting to the Route to Market (RTM) Logistics Manager, this person will play a key role in effectively managing the evolution of the EMEA RTM, driving change to improve ways of working and service levels.

You will work closely with Country Managers, S&OP, Customer Services, Warehouse Management, Legal, Tax and Quality Teams.  Experience of project management and end to end tender completion is highly desirable.

The RTM Manager will:

• Manage the key markets to drive service improvement and innovation in market
• Manage service compliance against contractual obligations
• Support the implementation of EMEA based initiatives (i.e., in inventory/sales data)
• Support tender processes
• Identify saving initiatives across EMEA

We are looking for candidates with at least 5 years’ experience in a supply chain management role including exposure to logistics and warehouse management and/or transportation with an excellent understanding of business process and customers service functions, ideally internationally.  Industry experience should have been gained ideally within the FMCG industry, although other fast moving industry backgrounds will be considered.
