Superglass is the UK’s biggest independent manufacturer of glass wool insulation and offers thermal and acoustic glass wool products that meet exacting standards together with a service that’s tailored to individual customer needs.  The business is growing both organically and through acquisition and has a strong focus on innovation to support significant planned growth over the next 5 years.

Superglass is at an exciting point in its development and is seeking to appoint a Sales Director to lead the growth of company.  We are looking for a strategic sales professional with strong knowledge and experience of the construction sector.

The successful candidate must have at least 3 years direct sales experience in the construction industry, selling into the specification, distribution and merchant markets.  It is vitally important that you are a hands-on leader with the ability to lead by example, focused on driving the business strategy into the market with the ability to differentiate the Superglass brand through your sales leadership approach.  

Experience of managing a sales team with a focus on strong governance and leading through positive role model behaviour is essential.  Experience of value based sales methodologies is highly desirable.
