Vice President of Administration

Nabors owns and operates the world’s largest land-based drilling rig fleet and is a leading provider of offshore platform workover and drilling rigs in the U.S. and multiple international markets. The company provides innovative drilling technology and equipment, directional drilling and comprehensive oilfield services in most of the significant oil and gas markets in the world.

Nabors has recently entered a joint venture with Saudi Aramco in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the combined company known as SANAD. The joint venture is equally owned by Saudi Aramco and Nabors and commenced operations in the second quarter of 2017. Saudi Aramco and Nabors will each contribute land rigs to the Joint Venture in the first years of operation along with capital commitments toward future onshore drilling rigs which will be manufactured in Saudi Arabia.

As a result, the company is looking to staff their operations in Saudi Arabia appropriately, including the position of Vice President Administration for SANAD.

The VP of Administration is a trusted advisor to the CEO of SANAD as well as a liaison with the JV partner, Saudi Aramco. This individual will be involved in the strategy and growth plan for the company. This individual will be responsible for the oversight of all purchasing, supply chain, asset management, rig contracts and IT for the JV.

The successful Candidate will need to possess a strong understanding of drilling operations and also a strong experience working with Saudi Aramco as a client. This role requires a deep understanding of the local culture.
