Our client is an established equipment manufacturer, the VP of Sales and Marketing provides leadership and coordination of company sales and marketing functions. Responsible for leading all facets of the business’ external branding/marketing plan and all activities related to conceptualizing and implementing market strategy. This includes strategic planning and market research, revenue goal setting, business and market development, contract negotiation and rate approvals, key metrics tracking and reporting, and sales personnel management to achieve the overall targets. Develops and implements strategic sales plans based on company goals that will promote sales growth and customer satisfaction for the organization.

The appointee will report directly to President. Reporting to the VP of Sales and Marketing will be the global sales and marketing team. This individual will be a member of the Executive Leadership Team and will work closely will all other functions in the business.
