FWB Advises on Appointment of People Performance Director at AG Barr.

FWB were delighted to advise AG Barr as part of their continued growth journey to appoint Bradley Scanes as People Performance Director.

Bradley brings over 13 years’ experience coaching some of the world’s most elite athletes, including serving as High Performance Coach and Physiotherapist to four time Formula One World Champion Max Verstappen. Alongside his work in motorsport, Bradley has supported Olympic athletes in British Gymnastics and Basketball, advising teams through their Olympic cycles and helping them build the habits and processes that lead to consistent success.

Commenting on his appointment, Bradley said: “Working in Formula One has shown me how small changes in habits, culture and process can deliver world class results. AG Barr is a prestigious business with incredible brands and talented people, and I am excited to help unlock even more of that untapped potential.
