FOR:EV is a hugely ambitious electric vehicle charging network owner and operator delivering an innovative, high quality, reliable and robust charging infrastructure. The business is headquartered in Scotland and is expanding its operations throughout the UK and across into Europe.

The drive to net-zero is at the heart of FOR:EV, as they roll out a sustainable and cost-effective electric vehicle infrastructure to support customers in the delivery of their own ESG commitments. Their network stretches across the private, public and third sectors encompassing urban areas, destinations, commercial developments, and Public Sector hubs that will allow drivers to charge their electric vehicles quickly and conveniently when they are away from home.

FOR:EV’s current clients range from small single site landlords to multi-site landlords, Local Authorities and large-scale fleet-led businesses who are diversifying towards a more environmentally friendly transport model. All their charging points run from fully accredited green energy, with a variety of infrastructure kilowatt options to suit everyone from general domestic EV users to specialised fleet operators.

Having recently raised a B funding round, FOR:EV are seeking to recruit their first CEO who will work alongside Chairperson Steve Dunlop and a new executive leadership team including Founder Lindsay Wallace. In addition to leading, growing and developing the business, the key focus for the CEO will be on positioning the business for and taking it through the next major funding round, which is anticipated to be within 12 months.

Whilst experience in the sector will be preferable, a track record of playing a leading role in growing a rapidly scaling business, significant fundraising experience and value creation through to exit is crucial.

This is a very significant equity opportunity for an already successful CEO, or “step-up” candidate who has learned from a successful CEO and who is now ready to lead a scale-up business themselves.
