  • Responsibility for an approximate headcount of 120, with an additional 60 heads being present onsite, but not reporting directly into the Factory Manager.
  • The site is a 24/7 operation and the Factory Manager will have direct responsibility for site production, health & safety and engineering teams, and build indirect relationships purchasing, planning, commercial and quality functions.
  • Management and engagement with wider business in budgeting and cost plans that feed into Group wide P&Ls.

We are looking to speak to experienced Production leaders, with experience of embedding and driving lean manufacturing principles in complex operational environments.
