Cala is a leader in the UK‘s homebuilding sector. The business is driving forward a digital transformation and as Group IT Director you will play a leading role in this vital technology improvement journey.

As Group IT Director you will ensure the Company’s infrastructure can support the business currently, contribute towards business change and facilitate improvement in all areas of IT, and ensure that technology is both an enabler and driver of business growth.

Reporting to the Chief Executive, you will assume leadership of the company’s technology estate and drive strategy and operational excellence in the IT function.  You will lead and manage a team of specialists who will be responsible for the design, delivery and maintenance of all IT systems and services across the business.

You will be a key member of the Cala team and will contribute in full to deliver the strategic objectives of the business.  You will have the ability to lead, support and provide clear direction for a team of c30 across 3 distinct areas of IT, each with a different focus: infrastructure, service desk & solutions.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced IT Director to contribute to the growth of an already very successful and ambitious business.
