The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Head of HR to take ownership of key organisational and people priorities, ensuring they are designed, embedded and continuously optimised to deliver effective outcomes.

This role will work closely with senior stakeholders to develop a high-performing organisation, fostering an open, collaborative and empowering culture. A core focus will be ensuring the organisation builds the capability, leadership and structures required to deliver long-term growth and performance.

What We're Looking For

We are looking for a senior HR professional with a strong understanding of modern HR delivery and a clear view of what excellence looks like in a high-performing people function. The successful candidate will combine strategic thinking with operational focus, bringing a data-led and commercially grounded approach.

Key areas of expertise include:

Modern HR Operating Model

  • Deep understanding of contemporary HR operating models, including Business Partnering, Centres of Expertise and Shared Services
  • Ability to balance standardisation with differentiation to maximise impact
  • Proven ability to position HR as a driver of business outcomes

End-to-End Employee Lifecycle Expertise

  • Strong understanding of the full employee lifecycle, including workforce planning, attraction, onboarding, development, performance, reward, engagement and exit

Data-Driven HR Delivery

  • Experience using leading indicators (e.g. quality of hire, time to productivity, leadership capability) to drive performance
  • Ability to use insight to diagnose challenges, prioritise interventions and demonstrate impact

Policy Design & Governance

  • Experience designing clear, pragmatic people policies
  • Ability to balance risk management with a strong employee experience

Change & Organisation Design

  • Experience supporting or leading organisational design and transformation programmes
  • Ability to bring structure, clarity and a people-centred approach to change

Leadership & Culture

  • Strong understanding of leadership models and behaviours required to enable high performance
