Head of Reward – Central Belt

About the role

Our client is an innovative global leader in learning and development solutions based within the central belt.  Due to the organisation’s continued growth a need has been identified  for a Head of Reward. The role is a senior leadership position reporting to the People Director.  The individual will take responsibility for the thought leadership, development and delivery of the Reward strategy.

The Head of Reward will be accountable for the successful delivery of the Reward cycle and take ownership for the design of the organisation’s Total Reward offering. The individual will have a proven ability in developing global Reward strategies, understanding and contributing to big picture discussions at an enterprise level.  The role will require a sharp commercial focus and a leader who can motivate and inspire their team.

This is a unique opportunity for a Reward professional to be impactful and define the Reward strategy from the outset.
