Managing Director

HRN is a 3^rd generation, family-run business, established in 1980, with expertise in the sale of new and used tractors, agricultural machinery, groundcare, and plant machinery.

We have 7 depots throughout Scotland and pride ourselves on offering an extensive brand range which includes Kubota Agriculture, Kubota construction, Hyundai, Kverneland, Vicon, Bailey and Bunning. The HRN business employs 90 people across Scotland in our depots, service & repairs, sales & admin and after sales departments.

The business is ambitious and is looking for a Managing Director to run all aspects of the day-to-day operations of the business while also working closely with the owner of the business, liaising on major capital spend projects, expansion and growth and people strategy. You will help to lead the business into new areas, astutely managing the commercial relationship between marketing, sales and bottom line.

We are looking for candidates with strong leadership skills and a commercial background and while some experience in the agricultural sector and/or of working with a family business would be attractive, it is not essential.
