Non Executive Members of Investment Committee

We are advising on the appointment of three members of the Investment Committee. Their main responsibilities will be in:

• setting and oversight of investment principles and the performance and governance of third parties
• providing the right balance of independent guidance, support and challenge to the Board, enabling the Executive Directors to make the best decisions
• representing the best interests of the clients at all times

Candidates for two of the positions must be investment professionals, with a strongly macroeconomic outlook and an excellent understanding of volatility in global markets and the underlying risks of financial markets. For the remaining position, we are interested in considering candidates from related sectors, who may currently occupy the advisory, broader investment or technology space, and will bring wider experience to the table.  All candidates must be progressive and positive about the disruptive qualities that technology brings to the investment management industry, and be excited about the part they can play in what will be a sea change in the sector.  Above all, we are interested in subject matter experts who will bring informed ideas and opinions, balanced with sound judgment and excellent communication.
