People & Culture Manager

About the role

Our client is a fast-growing and ambitious conservation and hospitality business centred around the Scottish Highlands. It’s ambition is to become the leading conservation and hospitality business and brand in the UK and beyond. To realise that, it is investing substantially in its business and property.

As part of that investment, the business is establishing a People & Culture function. As the People & Culture Manager you will establish and lead its people function to create a great employee experience – where people retain their individuality whilst understanding each other, their inter-related roles, provide excellent customer experience and produce their very best work. The role will be responsible for aligning the people strategy with the goals of the business, providing HR guidance and advice to staff and leadership, implementing HR best practice and policies, recruiting and developing exceptional talent and ensuring that our client is a great place to work.
