About the role
Polk Mechanical Company is a leading construction company in Dallas & Houston offering commercial, industrial, risk management, and maintenance services. The company serves both commercial and industrial clients.
In order to achieve the revenue and growth targets of Polk, the company is in the search for a Vice President of Construction who is both operations and sales focused to help create and promote their brand in the Houston market.
The Vice President of Construction will be responsible for the operations and sales of Polk products and services across Houston. Ideally, this individual will have a solid knowledge of mechanical construction and services, and will have strong connections across the industry in the Houston market. The ideal candidate will be resilient, self-motivated, transparent and have the ability to lead change, with a track record of effectively managing operations and sales while also bringing a culture of accountability and customer service.
