FWB advises on the appointment of Kamal Panglea as MFMac’s new Chief People Officer

We were delighted to continue our partnership with Chris Harte and the team at MFMac to appoint Kamal Panglea as their new Chief People Officer, supporting them to further invest in its people strategy.

Kamal joins MFMac with over 25 years’ experience in HR, having held senior positions. Most recently, he served as People Director for Audit & Assurance at Deloitte Middle East, based in Dubai, where he was responsible for twelve countries across the region, alongside additional responsibilities spanning EMEA.

Prior to this, Kamal worked for the government of Saudi Arabia and spent twelve years at Lloyds Banking Group, based in Edinburgh and London. During his time there, he held a range of roles across Centres of Excellence and business partnering, building broad experience in supporting large, complex organisations through change and growth. He holds a BA (Hons) and an MA in International Political Economy from the University of Leeds, as well as an MBA from the University of Warwick.
