FWB is proud to announce its re-appointment to all three lots of the Government Commercial Agency’s (GCA) RM6394 Executive and Non-Executive Search Framework, following a highly competitive national procurement process.

The framework provides public sector organisations across the UK with access to specialist executive search and leadership advisory services for senior management, director, non-executive director, and chair appointments. It supports recruitment across central UK government, health, devolved administrations, local government, policing and a wide range of public bodies and not-for-profit organisations.

FWB’s successful re-appointment to all three lots reflects the firm’s continued strength in identifying and securing exceptional leadership talent for vital public sector organisations across Scotland and the UK more widely.

The award comes during a particularly strong period for the firm’s Public Sector Practice, which has experienced a period of sustained growth through 2025/26. The team continues to support a broad range of leadership appointments across local government, health, public bodies, emergency services, higher education, and the wider public sector.

Commenting on the appointment, Kirsten Hendry and Ailsa Sutherland in the Public Sector Practice at FWB, said:

“We are delighted to have been re-appointed to all three lots of the Government Commercial Agency’s Executive and Non-Executive Search Framework. Public sector organisations face increasingly complex challenges, and the quality of leadership has never been more important. This appointment reflects the trust that our public sector clients place in FWB and the strength of our track record in supporting organisations to attract, assess and appoint outstanding leaders.

The first half of 2026 has been particularly successful for our Public Sector Practice, and we have worked with a wide range of organisations. We are grateful to our clients for their continued confidence in our team and look forward to supporting organisations across the UK with critical executive and non-executive appointments over the coming years.”

The Government Commercial Agency framework is one of the UK’s most significant procurement routes for executive search services and provides participating organisations with access to experienced search partners capable of delivering high-quality, transparent, and inclusive recruitment processes.

FWB would like to thank its clients, candidates, and colleagues whose continued support and partnership contributed to this successful outcome. The firm looks forward to continuing its work with public sector organisations across the UK to help secure the leadership talent needed to deliver lasting impact for the communities they serve.
