Kirsten joined FWB in 2024 as an Associate Director and her focus is largely on the public and not-for-profit sectors. She started her Executive Search career almost ten years ago in the Edinburgh office of a generalist executive search firm, initially as a researcher, then spending some time as Head of Research before joining the Executive Chairman’s team as his Chief of Staff. During this time, Kirsten appointed Non-Executive Directors and Senior Executives for a broad range of clients across different sectors and conducted governance reviews on a range of clients. Immediately prior to joining FWB, she was a Senior Associate, leading end to end processes internationally to appoint senior executives in the legal function, for a specialist boutique search firm based in London.

Kirsten has a first-class LLB and DPLP with distinction from the University of Aberdeen.
