Daryl is a senior member of our CFO and Finance Leadership Practice and brings over 15 years’ experience recruiting high-calibre finance professionals for leading corporates, family businesses and investor-backed scaling businesses across the UK.

He has operated within both FTSE-listed and boutique search environments, developing a reputation for thoughtful advice, rigorous process and a commitment to long-term partnership.

Daryl is also a judge on the Scottish CFO Awards and a member of the Committee for the Scottish Finance Leaders Network, providing him with deep insight into the senior finance talent market and extensive networks to support complex executive search assignments.

Outside of the Finance Practice, Daryl has a strong track record within the scale-up and private equity markets, with a particular focus on supporting high-growth technology and innovation-led businesses through critical phases of expansion.
