FWB Executive Search has expanded its CFO & Senior Finance Leadership Practice with two senior appointments, reflecting sustained growth in the senior finance market across Scotland and the UK. Daryl Harper and Walker Wares have joined the practice, strengthening FWB’s capability across CFO and CFO-1 mandates and further reinforcing finance leadership as a core area of the firm’s proposition. This expansion also consolidates the CFO & Senior Finance Leadership Practice as FWB’s largest functional practice, accounting for around 25% of the business’ activity.

For over three decades, FWB’s CFO & Senior Finance Leadership Practice has sat at the core of the firm’s proposition – in fact FWB’s very first placement — with SVM Asset Management — established a foundation that has evolved into the firm’s largest and most established functional practice, now accounting for around 25% of business activity, with FWB recently appointing 2 new senior consultants.
