About Children's Parliament
Children’s Parliament is a pioneering organisation dedicated to realising children’s human rights in Scotland. Our vision is for children to grow up in a world filled with love, happiness, and understanding. We aim to inspire greater awareness and understanding of children’s rights and support the implementation of the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child (UNCRC) in Scotland. Through creative, participatory, and play-based approaches, we provide opportunities for children to share their views, experiences, and ideas, empowering them to influence positive change in their homes, schools, and communities. With nearly 30 years of experience, we continue to demonstrate children’s rights in action, influence policy, and build the capacity of adults to ensure children’s rights are upheld.
