We are pleased to share our latest appointments as 2026 gets fully underway.

The past year has been marked by rapid political and economic shifts across the UK and Scotland, from evolving market dynamics to the continued drive for innovation and digital transformation. Against this backdrop, executive leadership has never been more critical and we are grateful for the trust placed in us by clients, candidates, and partners alike.

2026 has started well for FWB with a busy January, marked most recently by two new senior hires joining the team, the launch of our 2026 Executive Leadership Programme with the University of Edinburgh, and the opening of this year’s Scottish CFO Awards nominations in the first few weeks. This year also marks the 10th anniversary of our Executive Women in Leadership Programme, a milestone we are incredibly proud to celebrate.

As always, our appointments announcement showcases personal and professional achievements and we are pleased to have helped individuals progress their career as our clients secure impactful leadership appointments that drive growth, resilience, and long-term success both nationally and internationally. We look forward to continuing our work with our networks and partners to bring new opportunities to our leadership community throughout 2026.
