Nicky attended The High School of Glasgow and studied Accountancy at Strathclyde University before joining the recruitment industry in 2004. He spent over 15 years supporting on Director and Partner search for accounting and legal firms across the UK including notable success with “Big 4”, national and large independent firms in Scotland. Before joining FWB in March 2026, Nicky spent over 6 years leading the finance and commercial division of a boutique renewable energy firm managing search mandates across Europe and Asia. Drawing on his previous experience, Nicky leads on energy and professional services search at FWB supporting investors, developers and service sector clients alongside prominent legal and accountancy firms.
