Walker is an Associate Director within the Senior Finance Officers practice, bringing fifteen years of experience in search. He specialises in Director, Head of Function, C-suite, Chairman and Board appointments, supporting investment-backed and high-growth organisations in securing senior leadership talent to deliver strategic and commercial objectives.

Walker has developed particular expertise in CFO appointments across the UK and Europe, alongside broader senior finance, technology and transformation leadership mandates. His work spans Board-level and executive appointments, with a background that focussed on private equity-backed businesses and organisations navigating ambitious growth strategies, complex commercialisation agendas and business transformation. His international experience includes working with and on behalf of global organisations, as well as building specialist search teams aligned to evolving client and market requirements.

Previously, Walker worked at Drax Executive, a specialist executive search firm focused on private equity-backed businesses. He is a panel member for the Scottish CFO Awards and sits on the Committee for the Scottish Finance Leaders Network, reflecting his established connectivity across Scotland’s senior finance community. Walker holds a Law degree from the University of Edinburgh.
