Friday 9th October 2020 | 12:30 – 13:45 GMT | Online

We are living through an extraordinary period of change and risk. Major challenges including geo-political tensions, climate change and youth unemployment have created a highly uncertain outlook for economies around the world, creating significant challenges for business leaders everywhere. How capitalism evolves to manage threats, further prosperity and create equality of opportunity is the question of our generation.

Raising funds to support young people into jobs, education or training, The Prince’s Trust is bringing together three global business leaders to debate the future of capitalism and what it means for all of us as we seek to recover from the COVID-19 crisis.

Sarah Smith, BBC Scotland Editor will be joined by:

-Kevin Sneader, Global Managing Partner of McKinsey & Company

-Alan Jope, CEO of Unilever

-Dame Jayne-Anne Gadhia, Founder and Executive Chair of Snoop

Graham Burns (FWB Park Brown), a member of the Organising Committee added:
“It goes without saying that we would all prefer to be meeting in person for this event, originally scheduled for May of this year. It is great however to be able to bring such an event online. This will enable access to a much wider audience and I would encourage those that are interested and available on this day to register and attend. We are grateful to have such a strong line-up of speakers and the technology platform we are using will also provide excellent networking opportunities. It is so important that we support the Prince’s Trust in Scotland, in whatever way we can, given the effect this year has had on their ability to raise funds and to continue the excellent work that they do for young people.”

Everybody is welcome and it’s free to join. Register here.
