Jaclyn Needham began her career with Tesco PLC, gaining broad experience across Operations and Learning & Development before transitioning into recruitment with PageGroup in 2012. During her tenure, she held a number of senior leadership roles, including Head of the Newcastle office, and built a strong track record in delivering high-performing teams and client partnerships.

In 2020, Jaclyn moved into the Page Executive brand, where she specialised in executive search, partnering with both global organisations and SMEs to appoint senior leaders across a range of functions.

Since 2021, Jaclyn has led the HR practice at FWB, where she has been responsible for delivering a number of high-profile Chief People Officer and HR Director appointments across the UK, supporting organisations from scale-ups through to PLCs. In Scotland, she plays a key role within the HR community, serving on both the Expert Advisory Board and Operating Board of the Scottish Leadership Group, a network supporting over 2,000 senior HR professionals.

In addition to leading the HR practice, Jaclyn also works within FWB’s Consumer practice, supporting clients on a broad range of executive appointments.
