Nicola is Head of Finance & Reporting at FWB, where she leads the finance function and provides financial reporting, forecasting and business insight to support decision-making across the business.

With over 20 years of experience in finance and operations, Nicola has built her career across a range of industries, including executive search, clinical research, logistics, technology, and retail. Prior to joining FWB, she spent seven years with Quintiles and Aptuit, global clinical research organisations, where she progressed through several operational and finance roles. She later held finance positions with DHL Supply Chain and Trainline, further developing her expertise in management accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, audit support, and process improvement.

Nicola joined FWB over 10 years ago and has progressed through several roles as the business has grown. Today, she works closely with the leadership team to provide visibility into business performance, support strategic planning, and drive continuous improvement across finance, reporting, and operational processes.

Passionate about using technology and data to improve decision-making, Nicola has played a key role in developing forecasting, reporting and business intelligence capabilities within FWB. She is currently helping to shape the firm’s future reporting and systems strategy, ensuring the business has the insight and information needed to support continued growth.
