Kym joined FWB in 2023 and is a key member of our Edinburgh office. CIPD‑certified and highly experienced, she heads our business support services as well as HR and compliance across the organisation.

With more than a decade of experience in administration and operations, Kym has held senior roles as Office Manager within both an architectural practice and a major contractor. These roles strengthened her expertise in running efficient, high‑performing office environments. Her skill set spans HR, people management, finance, administration, and project management, making her an invaluable contributor to FWB’s continued growth.

At FWB, Kym plays a central role in leading our Business Support Team, overseeing HR operations, and managing our Digital Team and Quality Control processes. Her leadership, organisation, and commitment to high standards ensure our internal operations run smoothly and consistently support the wider business.
