Kym is Head of Business Support, leading the firm’s Business Support Team and overseeing HR, compliance and operational delivery across the organisation. She plays a central role in ensuring FWB’s people, systems and internal processes effectively support the wider business and its continued growth.

Her remit spans HR and people management, business operations, compliance, digital systems and quality control. Working closely with FWB’s leadership team, Kym leads a range of business improvement and operational projects, with a particular focus on strengthening processes, introducing new technology and maintaining consistently high standards across the firm.

Prior to joining FWB, Kym built two decades of experience in administration and operations, including senior Office Manager roles. She is CIPD qualified, bringing professional HR expertise alongside her extensive operational and people management experience.
