Heather is Finance & Operations Coordinator at FWB Executive Search. Since joining the firm in 2021, she has progressed into her current role, developing broad experience across finance, operations and business support.

Heather works across FWB’s finance and business support functions, with responsibilities spanning management reporting, invoicing and credit control, accounts payable, VAT, month-end processes and financial analysis. Working closely with the Head of Finance & Reporting and Head of Business Support, she also provides executive support across a range of client assignments, helping to ensure consultants and clients receive a consistently high standard of service.

Before joining FWB, Heather worked in an accountancy practice, where she gained experience in administration and client support, having previously worked in high-end retail. She holds an HNC in Accountancy and is currently working towards her ACCA qualification.
