Bryce graduated from the University of Stirling with a degree in Business Management and Human Resources. Before joining FWB, he worked as a Senior Recruitment Consultant at one of Scotland’s leading energy recruitment agencies, focusing on a range of corporate disciplines including legal, commercial, and economics. His assignments spanned Scotland, London, and the UAE.

Bryce is passionate about connecting highly qualified and motivated professionals with their next career opportunity. In support of our directors, he leads the candidate identification phase of assignments, helping to shape a thorough understanding of the talent landscape. While he operates in a generalist capacity, he has a strong interest in the energy and sports sectors – drawing from both his professional experience and his background as an avid rugby player, where he continues to play for a local team in Edinburgh.
