Megan graduated from the University of Edinburgh with a degree in Business Management. Prior to joining FWB, she worked as a Recruitment Consultant with one of the UK’s leading multi-disciplinary recruitment agencies within its commercial division.

She supports the Directors across a range of executive search assignments, leading the research and qualification phases to deliver a comprehensive understanding of the talent landscape. Through detailed market mapping, candidate engagement and assessment, Megan plays a key role in evaluating and qualifying high calibre talent across a broad range of functions and organisations.

Working closely with both clients and candidates throughout the search process, Megan provides market insight, guidance and support to help inform hiring decisions.
