Lisa is a Senior Consultant at FWB. She works closely with clients and candidates across the executive search process, delivering market mapping and analysis, targeted candidate engagement and assessment, while providing insight on talent markets, candidate fit and positioning. Lisa has delivered searches across a broad range of sectors and functions, with particular experience in senior finance appointments and FWB’s CFO practice.

Alongside her search work, Lisa leads FWB’s use of psychometric assessment. She is Hogan-qualified and provides structured insight into leadership style, capability, values and potential areas of risk to support selection and development.

Prior to FWB, Lisa gained experience within recruitment and HR technology businesses in Germany.

Lisa holds a double degree in International Business Management from the University of Augsburg and Edinburgh Napier University.
