Eilidh graduated from the University of Aberdeen in 2022 with a dual degree in Scots and English Law before completing a Master’s degree in Psychology at the University of Dundee in 2023.

Prior to joining FWB, Eilidh worked in fundraising, outreach and stakeholder engagement, where she developed experience in building relationships, delivering targeted engagement campaigns and supporting strategic initiatives. As part of a small team, she contributed to the successful delivery of a major annual charity appeal across Scotland.

At FWB, Eilidh supports Directors across a range of executive search assignments, undertaking market mapping, candidate engagement and assessment to identify and evaluate high-calibre talent across a broad range of sectors and organisations.

Drawing on her background in fundraising and engagement, Eilidh has a particular interest in public and third-sector appointments and is passionate about connecting talented individuals with rewarding career opportunities.
