Eilidh is a Talent Attraction and Research Consultant and supports Directors across a range of executive search assignments, undertaking market mapping, candidate engagement and assessment to identify and evaluate high-calibre talent across a broad range of sectors and organisations.

Prior to joining FWB, Eilidh worked in fundraising, outreach and stakeholder engagement. As part of a small team, she contributed to the successful delivery of a major annual charity campaign across Scotland.

Eilidh graduated from the University of Aberdeen in 2022 with a dual degree in Scots and English Law before completing a Master’s degree in Psychology at the University of Dundee in 2023.
