Bryce is a Talent Attraction & Research Consultant at FWB, with five years’ experience across recruitment and executive search. He works closely with FWB’s directors and leads the candidate identification and market research phases of assignments, helping to build a clear understanding of the relevant talent landscape.

Working in a generalist capacity, Bryce supports Board, C-suite and senior leadership appointments across sectors including energy, industrial, technology, consumer, and the public sector. His work covers functions including commercial, finance, operations, people, and digital leadership. He has a particular interest in the energy and sports sectors, drawing on both his previous recruitment experience and his background as an avid rugby player, where he continues to play for a local team in Edinburgh.

Before joining FWB, Bryce was a Senior Recruitment Consultant with a leading Scottish energy recruitment firm, working on assignments across Scotland, London, and the UAE. He focused on corporate disciplines including legal, commercial and economics. He graduated from the University of Stirling with a degree in Business Management and Human Resources.
