Nicola is Head of Finance & Reporting at FWB, where she leads the finance function and provides financial reporting, forecasting and commercial insight to support business decision-making. She joined the firm in 2015 and progressed from Accountant to Financial Controller and, subsequently, Head of Finance & Reporting.

Working closely with FWB’s leadership team, Nicola provides visibility of business performance, supports strategic planning, and strengthens financial and operational controls. Her expertise includes financial control, management accounting, budgeting, forecasting, audit support, and process improvement. She has also played a key role in developing FWB’s reporting and business intelligence capabilities, using technology and data to improve decision-making across the firm.

Nicola has almost 30 years’ experience across finance and operations, including roles with DHL Supply Chain, Trainline, Portman Travel, Aptuit and Quintiles. Her career spans executive search, clinical research, logistics, technology, travel, and retail, giving her a broad commercial perspective that informs her work at FWB.
