Lisa graduated with a double degree in international business management from the University of Augsburg in 2023 and Edinburgh Napier University in 2022.

Before joining FWB in 2023, she gained experience with a German recruitment business, followed by a role as a Payroll Operations and Customer Experience Specialist within an HR software company.

In her role as a Senior Consultant, Lisa works closely with clients and candidates, delivering detailed market mapping and analysis, targeted candidate outreach, and initial assessments. She supports both, clients and candidates, with comprehensive market insights, advising on best fit, positioning, and long-term career and organisational alignment.

Lisa has delivered searches across a broad range of sectors, with a recent focus on senior finance searches and CFO practice. In addition, she leads FWB’s use of psychometric assessments and is Hogan-qualified, providing structured insight into leadership style, capability, and risk.
