Nicola joined FWB in 2015 and was promoted to Financial Controller in recognition of her experience and contribution to the business. She is responsible for all aspects of financial management, working closely with the Executive team to provide clear financial insight and maintain robust control processes. She also manages and mentors the Finance and Operations Coordinator.

With over 20 years of experience in finance roles across various sectors, including logistics, technology, travel, and life sciences, Nicola brings a strong mix of technical expertise and practical, hands-on knowledge. She has strengths in financial reporting, budgeting, audit preparation, and the use of finance systems such as Xero, Oracle, and PeopleSoft.
